A contemporary medium density development.
This recently constructed medium density development results in 6 new residences (4 x two storey and 2 x single storey).
Set within a leafy pocket of Dolans Bay the subject site was previously used as market gardens then soon followed by aqua farming. At the rear of the site is a riparian zone that flows towards the beginnings of Dolans Bay.
Materials used included recycled brick work (collected from the demolished holding ponds), lightly bagged brick work, sandstone, aluminium framed windows and doors (with retractable Centor fly screens), lightweight cladding to first floor walls, powder coated aluminium privacy screens, engineered timber flooring, stone bench tops, associated lighting and detailed landscaped design.
