Two small lot residences.
Bordering the Royal National Park the subject site is set beside dense bush land and benefited from an abundance of mature native trees. Each residence is made up of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, oversized garaging and an open plan living zone on the ground floor. External timber decks and plunge pools were also designed to provide an immediate connection to internal areas.
The materials used included lightly bagged brick work, recycled face brick work, timber framed windows and doors, lightweight cladding, dressed hardwood timber, dry stacked sandstone, colorbond roof sheeting, hardwood timber floors and stone bench tops. Rainwater tanks were constructed below timber deck areas with the water reused within the development.
