The design created an inviting and accessible swim school with ample office space.

The three-floor development comprises of basement parking, an inviting foyer and reception, the pool and amenities on the ground floor and office space and storage on the first floor. An internal lift services all floors.

The materials used included precast concrete panels, large sections of glass and exposed elements of structural steel.
